Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NBS Time & Attendance System, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Purpose
The System is provided for attendance management, workforce management, payroll integration, access control, scheduling, reporting, and related business operations.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, use the System only for authorised business purposes, not attempt to manipulate attendance records, not share login credentials, and immediately report unauthorised access.
Attendance Records
Attendance records generated by the System are official company records and may be used for payroll, disciplinary procedures, audits, labour disputes, and compliance reporting.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not falsify attendance records, tamper with biometric devices, circumvent security controls, access unauthorised information, or interfere with system operation.
Intellectual Property
All software, reports, interfaces, and documentation remain property of NBS Group.
Governing Law
Republic of South Africa.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected includes name, employee number, contact details, attendance and payroll data, device data, IP address, GPS location (if enabled), and biometric data (if enabled). This data is used for attendance management, payroll processing, security, compliance, and fraud prevention. Data is shared only with authorised payroll providers, HR personnel, management, and regulatory authorities where required.
POPIA PRIVACY NOTICE
NBS Group is the Responsible Party under POPIA 2013. Processing is conducted for identity verification, attendance tracking, payroll processing, access control, and legal compliance. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Complaints may be directed to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
